You can wear your Adhesive Bra with Underwire between 25 and 40 times (depending on washing).

Never expose your Adhesive Bra with Underwire directly to sunlight.
Hand wash after each use with cold water and a small amount of mild hand soap.
Gently rub the adhesive surface with your fingertips and rinse with warm water.
Allow your Adhesive Bra with Underwire to air dry completely on a flat, cool surface (around 68°F to 73°F / 20°C to 23°C) before wearing it again.
Once dry, cover the cups with the protective film to prevent dust and fibers from sticking to the adhesive and reducing its effectiveness.

Allow the bra to dry completely in the shade on a flat, cool surface before wearing again.
