Shipping policy

Your order will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days, Monday through Friday. (Depending on the area and location of your home).
• We ship throughout Mexico.
• Free shipping on orders over $699.00 MXN.
• Shipping is via the following courier companies: FedEx, DHL, and Estafeta.
• To expedite processing and validation of your order, you must send your proof of payment to: servicioalcliente@wonderbum.com. This email must be sent from the email address you registered with when you made your purchase.
• Once we have confirmed your deposit, we will send you your confirmation and tracking number to track your package.
• Once the package has been collected by the courier, you will be able to view the status of your order. If it has not been collected, you will not be able to view information.
ADDRESS AND/OR ZIP CODE CHANGES:
Changing your address or zip code is free of charge.
