Due to Wonderbum Mexico's commitment to the safety of our customers and government health regulations, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted for any type of underwear and/or accessories.
We suggest you review and confirm your selection of size, color, and style before proceeding to checkout. You should also carefully review your personal information and shipping address.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns on underwear.

 

For exchanges due to defects and/or quality, you have up to 15 calendar days from receipt of the product to notify wonderbum.com, at servicioalcliente@wonderbum.com or you can call +52 55 4164 7868 , for more information.

For your changes, they will be made as follows:

 

• Exchanges for Gift Cards: A Gift Card is generated with the same amount as the item to be exchanged.
• Exchanges for products of the same value: This applies when the purchased product is no longer in stock.
• Exchanges for products of higher value: A fee will be charged for the difference between the new product (of higher value) and the original product (of lower value). You will receive an email with the account details to which you must make a deposit or electronic transfer.

 

• In no case will cash be refunded.

 

• If you request an exchange or return for applicable products, they must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with the corresponding labels. The merchandise will go through a review and inspection process. If the return does not meet the necessary requirements, it will be returned to the customer, and the shipping cost will be covered by the customer.

 

• To apply for an exchange, the process will be based on what is available online. In all cases, the response time is 2 to 3 business days from the product exchange request. Any product returned for exchange due to defects and/or quality will undergo an internal inspection process, and if it meets the guidelines, the refund or exchange will be processed. If it does not meet these guidelines, the user will be notified via email.
