SHIPPING DURING SPECIAL SALES AND HOLIDAYS
Due to high demand for products and shipments during Special Sales, some shipments may take a few days longer than stated in our Shipping Policies and the online store checkout process. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these logistics situations with carriers that are beyond our control, and we hope you enjoy your products.
Purchase order processing may take 24 to 48 business hours to complete. Delivery time begins from the moment the courier company scans the guide.
FREE SHIPPING
Your order will be delivered free of charge within 4 to 10 business days, Monday through Friday (depending on the area and location of your home) via ESTAFETA.
SHIPPING PAID
Delivery of paid orders is 3 to 5 business days, Monday through Saturday (depending on the area and location of your home) via FEDEX.
Due to the current situation, some deliveries may take 1 or 2 days longer than expected, so we appreciate your patience and understanding.

- FREE shipping with no minimum purchase (Standard ground shipping within Mexico via ESTAFETA).
- Shipping is done through the following courier companies: Estafeta and FedEx.
- To expedite order processing and validation, please send your proof of payment to: servicioalcliente@wonderbum.com . This email must be sent from the email address you registered with when making your purchase.
- Once we've confirmed your deposit, we'll send you your confirmation and tracking number so you can track your package.
- Once the package has been collected by the courier, you will be able to view the status of your order. If it has not been collected, you will not be able to view information.
